Responsibilities include processing payroll for over 500 employees including validating timeclock records, assigning absence codes, completing statutory remittances, ROE’s and balancing payroll accounts. Resolves discrepancies and responds to payroll inquiries in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years payroll experience with Ceridian, ADP or equivalent programs. A thorough knowledge of payroll regulations and statutory requirements is a must. The incumbent must be able to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
